Privacy policy

Last updated October 19, 2026.

This site is run by Abhishek Vulla, based in Singapore (abhishekvulla.com). Questions about this policy go to hello@proformakit.com.

The tool

The pro forma, budget and draw schedule save your project in your browser's local storage, on your own device. It is not sent to us or to anyone else. Clearing your browser's site data deletes it, and we cannot recover it for you. CSV and Excel files you download stay on your device.

Early-access sign-ups

If you join the early-access list we receive your email address, the role and number of projects you choose, and the page you signed up on. We use them only to email you about team and lender features. The sign-up is delivered to our team as a message in a private Telegram group, so Telegram processes it on our behalf. We do not sell or share it. Email us to have it deleted.

Analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views. It does not set cookies or track you across other sites, and it reports visits in aggregate: pages, referrers, countries and device types.

Hosting

The site is hosted by Vercel. Like any web host, its servers process the IP address and browser details of each request to deliver the page and protect the service.
